I created this guidebook to I help people with anxiety and low self-esteem to begin to believe in themselves and trust their own judgement, to enable them to take back control.
I was full of anxiety and negative self talk from a very young age. I began to feel better about myself and build confidence. Then I became a paramedic and had a lot of the old stuff come up again, especially when I had PTSD. I wonder if you have had that happen?
