They vary from 7 days to about 45 days depending on the course. They are completed at your own pace, so you can come and go. It is better to try and be consistant though.
Our courses are based on years of trial and error, we have found what works best and built that into the courses. Our course is also contain lots of practical exercises and guided meditations to make changes quickly. They are not simply full of content that you read.
